I think this skit from Fantasia 2000 is good for research. It has no voices or narration, but the backgrounds and colour scheme is relevant. Giving characters unusual skin colours is an interesting design choice, as it can give a stylized look as well as making characters stand out more or stand out less.
I hope that as there have been no posts on here since the 10th that you have been far too busy to post anything. I hope. It would be really useful for me to look at your animation as it progresses so that I can critique it. Lets see your work!
